Bulldog Tenacity: Staying Faithful to the Lord's Instructions

Do not waver or become double-minded. When God speaks, hold firmly to His word.
Challenges will inevitably arise to test your resolve and obedience to the instructions He has given you. I think of Moses and Joshua — both tested, both stretched, both called to trust God beyond what they could see.
Joshua, a warrior and a leader, refused to retreat from the promise God placed before him. The journey was long. The people were often resistant. Yet he remained anchored in the word of the Lord.
Imagine stepping into leadership after witnessing the trials Moses endured for forty years. Joshua had to believe that God would lead him forward in ways uniquely appointed for his own calling.
Do not allow fear — whether rooted in the past or projected into the future — to weaken your faith in the present.
Like a bulldog, grip tightly to the Scriptures and to the instructions God has personally entrusted to you. Do not let go.
1 Corinthians 15:58 “Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain.”
